BusinessFlow is a software firm headquartered in South Africa, operating worldwide. For the purposes of the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 ("POPIA"), BusinessFlow is the "responsible party" for any personal information described in this notice. Contact: info@businessflow.dev.

This website collects no personal information. There are no contact forms, no analytics, no advertising trackers, no cookies, and no fingerprinting. We do not know who visits this site, and we do not want to. The site is served as static files through Cloudflare’s content delivery network; Cloudflare may process standard technical request data (such as IP addresses) transiently to deliver and secure the site.

This site sets no cookies. Your browser’s local storage is used solely for interface state — a session counter and a "boot sequence already seen" flag. This data never leaves your device, is never transmitted to us, and can be cleared at any time through your browser settings.

The only personal information we process is what you choose to send us. If you email us, we process your name, email address and message contents for the sole purpose of responding to your enquiry and, where applicable, preparing a proposal or entering a contract. Lawful basis under POPIA: performance of steps prior to entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing. Service providers used to operate our business (for example, hosting and email infrastructure) may process limited personal information on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.

Correspondence is retained only for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and for a reasonable period thereafter for business records, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and to object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address below.
